These Terms of Service govern use of the ProLine Agents website, demonstrations, and related call-answering services. By using the website or requesting information, you agree to these terms. A separate written service agreement will govern any paid engagement.
Demonstration use
The live phone experience is a demonstration, not a real dispatch service. Use fictional details and do not report an actual emergency or provide sensitive information. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for evaluation and quality purposes.
Service scope
ProLine supports missed, overflow, and after-hours calls based on an approved script and configuration. The assistant does not diagnose repairs, invent prices, guarantee arrival times, or confirm an appointment unless a real booking action succeeds. Human transfer and alert methods depend on the configuration agreed with each client.
No emergency service
Do not use this website or demonstration for emergencies. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency provider when immediate help is needed.
Quotes and availability
Website content is informational. Pricing, scope, implementation timing, usage charges, and service availability are confirmed in a written quote or service agreement before purchase. No website statement creates a guarantee of revenue, lead volume, job conversion, uptime, or business results.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with systems, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the demonstration for harassment, fraud, or unauthorized data collection.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, scripts, designs, and service materials are owned by ProLine or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute them except as permitted by law or written agreement.
