Patient support messaging

We provide communication automation tools only. We do not provide medical services, clinical decision-making, or healthcare treatment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Dental practices using our services agree that they:

Are licensed healthcare providers operating legally
Are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent for SMS communications
Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Will not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or prohibited messaging

The dental practice is solely responsible for patient communications and medical content.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Consent

Dental practices must obtain proper opt-in consent from patients before sending SMS messages through our system.

Consent may be collected through:

Phone calls
Website forms
Online scheduling forms
In-office registration

Message Content

Messages may include:

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Missed call follow-ups
Scheduling assistance
Patient support notifications

Messages are conversational and service-related in nature.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on patient interaction and scheduling activity.

Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Prohibited Use

Our services may not be used for:

Spam messaging
Purchased lead lists
Affiliate marketing traffic
Unsolicited promotional campaigns
Any unlawful content

5. Compliance with Laws

Clients agree to comply with:

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
CTIA messaging guidelines
A2P 10DLC regulations
Applicable privacy laws

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

ProLine Agents LLC does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Healthcare Disclaimer

ProLine Agents LLC provides communication technology only.

We do not:

Provide medical advice
Diagnose conditions
Recommend treatment
Make clinical decisions

All patient care and medical decisions are handled exclusively by the licensed dental practice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProLine Agents LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Claims arising from improper use of the service

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be affected by third-party infrastructure providers, including telecommunications carriers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Terms are violated
Messaging regulations are breached
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
